A judicial perspective on why we need more good lawyers by the Honorable Judge David Schuman '84, Oregon Court of Appeals

11:15 am – 12:00 pm "Faculty Free-For-All"
A lively discussion with a panel of Oregon Law professors on the importance of their research and its relevance to students

12:00 – 1:00 pm "Meet and Eat"
Lunch with your faculty and fellow students

1:15 pm and on: "You Choose"
Choose from one of three activities highlighting why Eugene is a great place to live, work, and learn

1. "Eugene Law"
An introduction to Eugene's bustling downtown legal community, including tours of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the Lane County Circuit Court, and the Lane County District Attorney's Office.

 2. "U Tour"
A tour of the University of Oregon campus from the perspective of two current Oregon Law students

3. "Willamette River Walkabout"
A walking tour led by Associate Dean Adell Amos '98, a national expert on water law issues
